ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
MUST be able to pass basic skill based assessments.
MUST be able to pass a criminal background check.
MUST have a Personal Computer (PC) / Laptop (Monitor at least 15″) with wired broadband connectivity .
MUST have a dedicated fixed landline phone and headset for servicing.
MUST have a VOIP headset for training.
MUST be aware that as this is a self employed opportunity, Independent Contractors will be responsible for paying own taxes.
MUST be able to dedicate 1- 5 consecutive weeks (this varies depending on the client) of your uninterrupted time to undertake an online based client specific certification class.
MUST meet the minimum age requirement (at least 18 years of age).
MUST demonstrate the right to live and work in UK.
MUST be customer oriented, self-motivated and self-disciplined.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Service a minimum of 15 hours per week, answering customer service and telesales calls for our partners
Service from within a quiet place in your home, using your computer, your broadband internet connection, and your telephone on a dedicated land line

There is a minimum of 15 hours per week required under the terms of the Statement of Work on most client applications. However you can work as many hours as you’d like.
Earn between £8.00 and £11 per hour with some service applications providing performance incentives and bonuses.
